The members of Health- Education To All (HETA) agree to honor the following principles:
- HETA observes neutrality and impartiality in the name of universal medical and educational ethics.
- Members undertake to respect the code of ethics and to maintain complete independence from all political, economic or religious powers.
- Members fulfill their assignments regardless of race, religion, creed or political convictions.
